Q: “Advantages of Ingnok monitors”

Q: “What should I pay attention to before buying the Ingnok monitor?”
A1/ For one USB C to USB C cable connection, in order to avoid insuffient power, please use the supplied adapter to power the monitor separately
A2/ For laptops with mini DP port, a mini DP to HDMI adapter(male to female) is needed
A2/ For laptops with mini DP port, a mini DP to HDMI adapter(male to female) is needed
Q: “How long will it take to get my order?”
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Things to know after buying
Q: “How to set this up as a second monitor?”
if you use a Macbook laptop, you need to go to the Setting - click [Monitor] > [Arrange], and then uncheck [Mirror Monitor].
Or in Windows laptops just press [Windows Key] + P to bring up options.
Q: “How do I set the monitor to use as a dual monitor. The instruction manual does not give that information?”
Here is the way How to mirror or extend this screen when connected :
Windows system: Press "WIN + P" → select "Copy/Duplicate" or "Extend" in the submenu.
Mac OS system: Select "Apple Menu" → "System Preferences" → "Displays" → "Arrangement Tabs" → check/uncheck "Mirror Display" → Mirror Mode/"Extend Mode".

Q: “Is this compatible with PS5 or X-box?”
Please follow the steps below to connect:
1. Use miniHDMI to HDMI (accessory) to connect the PS5/X-box to the monitor;
2. Use the power adapter (accessory) to power the monitor.

Q: “Why does my monitor keep flashing red, blue, and green?”
Please be aware that this is not a malfunctionthis. This is because the monitor has entered test mode.our engineers use it to test the functionality of the monitor when it leaves the factory.
You only need to follow the steps introduced in the above video to exit this mode and return to normal.

Q: “Why does my monitor only adjust the volume and brightness, and can't even call out the menu!”
This is because your monitor has entered the test mode. The solution is to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to shut down, and then press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds to start up. After restarting, it can return to normal.
