A1. For one USB C to USB C cable connection, in order to avoid insuffient power, please use the supplied adapter to power the monitor separately

A2. For laptops with mini DP port, a mini DP to HDMI adapter(male to female) is needed

Things to know after buying

if you use a Macbook laptop, you need to go to the Setting - click [Monitor] > [Arrange], and then uncheck [Mirror Monitor].
Or in Windows laptops just press [Windows Key] + P to bring up options.

Here is the way How to mirror or extend this screen when connected :
Windows system: Press "WIN + P" → select "Copy/Duplicate" or "Extend" in the submenu.
Mac OS system: Select "Apple Menu" → "System Preferences" → "Displays" → "Arrangement Tabs" → check/uncheck "Mirror Display" → Mirror Mode/"Extend Mode".

The solution is to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to shut down, and then press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds to start up. After restarting, it can return to normal.
