Q: “What should I pay attention to before buying the Ingnok monitor?”

A1/ For one USB C to USB C cable connection, in order to avoid insuffient power, please use the supplied adapter to power the monitor separately
A2/ For laptops with mini DP port, a mini DP to HDMI adapter(male to female) is needed

Q: “How long will it take to get my order?”

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Things to know after buying

Q: “Why does the screen flicker and automatically reboot when adjusting brightness/volume?”

This occurs due to insuficient power supply from the adapter. The monitor requires approximately 12W at maximum brightness. To resolve this, ensure the
power adapter outputs over 10W to deliver stable power to the monitor(e.g., 5V/2A or higher)

Q: “Why doesn't the monitor come with a power adapter?”

To align with the World Low-Carbon Association's sustainability mandates, we invest 100% of power adapter funds into energy compression R&D to meet global sustainability goals, effectively reducing power consumption.

Q: “Why does my monitor only adjust the volume and brightness, and can't even call out the menu?”

This is because your monitor has entered the test mode. Please press and hold the center button on the monitor's edge for 3 seconds to power off, then repeat the 3-second press to restart. Normal functionality will resume after restart.

Q: “Does support service cover screen broken?”

We regret that physical damage to the screen caused by accidental impact or mishandling cannot be handled in accordance with our regular repair standards, as this is inconsistent with the industry standard repair guidelines for monitor products.

Q: “Why is there no signal after connecting using Type-C?”

It may arise as your device's Type-C port might lack video output capability. To verify compatibility, consult your device manufacturer or contact Ingkok Support Team for confirmation. But we can also connect with HDMI port.
