Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify, the returned item must:

Important Notes

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the return is caused by customer reasons (e.g., wrong order, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to INGNOK’s responsibility (e.g., defective or incorrect product), INGNOK will cover the return shipping cost.

No restocking fees will be charged to customers.
